Remembering the Good Ol' Days

I thought I’d take you back today. Remember those embarrassing pictures your parents took? Here are some my dad recently scanned and sent to me. I used to take dance lessons: tap, jazz, and ballet for nearly 10 years before moving to Virginia. I made some great friends and really enjoyed the dance recitals. The cameras flashing, the applause, and flowers for a good job. I mean who wouldn’t love it? Practices were typically Saturday mornings/afternoon and after each dance practice we would go next door and get a hoagie (grinder, sub…whatever you want to call it). Those really were the days.

What are some of your most remembered childhood memories?

Hehe, too cute! What a great post idea. I may have to do it myself.

That 2nd pic is funny. Look at your boogy!

Love these photos! They remind me of the ones my dad took of me in the early 80s dressed up like Madonna — and I was only like 4 or 5. How did I know who Madonna was???
