What are your shipping policies?
Orders shipped to US: Flat rate of $7.65

Orders shipped to Canada: Flat rate of $10.75
Orders with plates + canvas prints is $24.95

Orders shipped to all other countries: Flat rate of $12.75
Orders with plates + canvas prints is $39.95

All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the weight. Please allow 2-6 business days to receive your order in the United States. Allow an additional 1-2 weeks to receive International orders.

Why does it take so long to receive my international plate order?
We have to have the product shipped to us and then we need to re-ship it to you. We are working on a solution to remedy this inconvenience.

I'm on a time crunch, can I place a rush order?
We can accommodate rush orders on a case by case basis. There is a $20 rush fee so please contact us prior to placing your order.

In what currency are your prices listed?
US Dollars.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. All orders shipped to Connecticut pay a 6% sales tax.

Can you ship directly to a gift recipient?
Yes we can! Simply indicate your order is a gift and provide the shipping address upon checkout. If you would like to include a gift note, please include that in the additional instruction section. It will be included with your order at no extra charge.

Can I see a proof before you print our order?
Yes, digital proofs are available for $7. Please allow 1-2 business days for your digital proofs.

What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns. However if there is an error on our part or an order arrives broken, please contact us within 5 days of receipt and we do our best to rectify the situation.

How accurate are the colors portrayed on screen?
We strive to match the colors as closely as possible. But keep in mind, colors on screen may differ slightly in person.

What is your privacy policy?
All information gathered for your order is held confidentially and will never be sold to a third party or automatically added to our e-newsletter.
